Delivery, Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing products from, you agree and abide by the return and refund policy of Shyam & Co. Sales. All returns and refunds are subjected to product verification and approval based on the same.

Delivery Policy:

  • All products are shipped to deliver on weekdays, with an exception to any Public or National holiday.
  • The delivery days shall be all weekdays, with an exception to National Holidays and any other public holiday.
  • Delivery time would range between 5-15 business days, from the date of purchase, depending upon the order location.
  • All deliveries are handled and managed by third party logistics partners and Concord shall not be held responsible for delay in product deliver, if any.

Replacement Policy:

  • Concord offers a 7 days replacement subject to defect or damage.
  • To claim a replacement of a product, customer must send a media proof i.e. an image or video of the defect/damage to the product at [email protected].
  • Upon receiving and verification of the defect/damage by Concord, we will arrange for pick up with our logistic partners.
  • In areas beyond the reach of our logistic partners, customer would be requested to send the product to our warehouse. Concord would reimburse/refund/adjust the courier fee of a fixed sum, levied for returning the damaged/defected product.


  • All damaged products must be returned to, a company held and marketed by Shyam & Co. Sales.
  • Damage, if any, must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product/appliance.
  • Concord reserves the right to inspect the product/appliance as returned.
  • Upon meeting the damage as reported by the customer, the product becomes liable for return or replacement.
  • Any replacement, if applicable, will take up to 5-15 business days after the Replacement Approval Process. In cases where replacement cannot be done a refund will be initiated.
  • Any refund, if applicable, will take up to 7-8 business days to reflect in customer’s account.
  • No returns or replacement would be accepted or approved for damages done by customer’s negligence and misuse of the product or the products with parts missing.
